Maintenance instructions
- Machine wash the cover inside out on a delicate cycle 30°C, with the zipper closed. Tumble dry on a low temperature cycle or air dry. Ironing is possible at a temperature suitable for the material.
- Make sure to thoroughly dry the cushion and its filling before storing or winterizing it, by air drying with the cover open and stirring the filling for better effectiveness.
- Do not jump on or crush the beads to avoid accelerated compaction of the polystyrene filling.
- The polystyrene filling will decrease with use. Add polystyrene of identical quality to refill your product.
- The cover and filling are fully recyclable. Check with local facilities for disposal options.
Warranty terms for MOJO Born to chill
At MOJO, the quality of our products is our top priority, which is why we offer a 2-year warranty covering the essential aspects of your purchase. Seams, zippers, and fabric integrity are the three elements included in our warranty.
For outdoor models: regarding UV color fastness, our fabric manufacturer and an independent laboratory certify a color resistance level of 4/5. However, we know that under certain long and intense sun exposure, fabric colors can be affected, much like your skin.
Therefore, we recommend avoiding prolonged intense sun exposure for your MOJO Born to Chill pouf or cushion. For this reason, color fastness is excluded from our warranty.
